I started Kester Insurance & Financial Services Group because I was tired of watching people get sold whatever policy was easiest to sell, instead of the one that actually fit their life. Before this, I served in the U.S. Army with the 101st Airborne Division — that background shaped how I think about protecting people: plan for what could go wrong, and take it seriously.
Today I work directly with families and business owners across five states, shopping real carriers against each other instead of pushing one company's rate card. When you call this agency, you get me — not a call center reading from a script.
